Accounting
Since the company's existence, it has built up a reputation among its seafarers, Principals and trade creditors as a straightforward company with regards to its monetary obligations. Our books are open for the Principals' scrutiny and audit.

 It is our policy to remit timely the monthly allotments of its seafarers
 No delays in special remittances. These will be remitted within two working days upon       receipt of advice from vessels
 Re-hire bonus and standby pay are paid within three working days prior to the       seafarers' departure as stated in the company's program
 Last wages are paid to the off-signers within two working days upon reporting to the       office
 Payables to other creditors are disbursed as per due date
 Foreign exchange as per official banking rate

Recruitment
The company recognizes that safe and efficient operation of a vessel is greatly dependent on the qualification, training, expertise and experience of the staff appointed to the vessel.

 To create and maintain a pool of competent seafarers for the company's manned fleet
 To employ sea staff who are duly qualified according to mandatory rules and regulations       to serve in the rank they have been selected for
 To employ only those seafarers who are mentally/physically sound, medically fit and       free from abuse of habit forming drugs and abuse of alcohol
 To employ seafarers who have previous experience of the same or similar vessels to       their assignment. Or in the absence of experience, has attended the requisite training       from a reputable school and accredited by applicable administrations
 To employ seafarers who can adequately understand and speak the English language
